Unmatched Real Estate Photography in Seguin, TX
We've all heard the phrase "A picture is worth a thousand words," and in today's digitally-dominant world, that saying is more poignant than ever. In real estate, pictures have a huge impact on whether a home is sold or passed by. That's especially true in a time when prospective homebuyers are less likely to travel in-person to tour a home in their price range.
With more time on their hands to peruse real estate listings, buyers are inundated with all sorts of images, which is why your real estate photos must stand out from the crowd. Once buyers filter through property locations, pricing, nearby school districts, and square footage, they want to flip through photos. If your pictures aren't up to snuff, you can be sure the homebuyer will move to the next listing.
Fortunately, Twist Tours is here to provide you with high-resolution, creative photography for your real estate needs - whether you're listing a brand-new home or selling a property that has been on the market too long.
We believe Twist Tours stands apart because we do more than capturing a visual record of a home. Instead, your Twist Tours real estate photographer develops an emotional bridge between potential buyers and real estate listings by enhancing the home's true character. Every aspect of our real estate photos, drone shots, videos, and tours are carefully engineered to bring your property to life
With a staff of highly-trained, innovative real estate photographers, there's no project too large or "out of the box" for us to handle. And we're not just talking real estate photography in the classic sense - we have successful clients in many different industries, who use our photographers for:

Aerial Video and Photography Services for Real Estate
Nothing showcases your property quite like professional aerial video and photography. With our drone photography services, you can turn lookers into buyers by giving them a unique vantage point of your commercial or residential property. If you're looking to set your real estate business apart from your competition, drone photography and video is the way to go.
Aerial photography adds an extra layer of "special" to your real estate photos, taking your listing from dull to downright beautiful. Sellers want to work with agents willing to entertain creative ways to sell homes. Buyers want to see every nook and cranny of the home they're interested in buying. With aerial real estate photography, you get the best of both worlds.
Benefits of aerial real estate photography and video include:
Property Location
If you're a real estate expert, we bet you're used to hearing the saying "location, location, location." One of the greatest benefits of aerial real estate photography is the chance to see where a home is located with respect to parks, restaurants, and other attractions. If you need to capture the entirety of a property's layout, take to the skies.
Property Accuracy
Taking pictures is one of the most important steps in selling a home. Generally, exterior real estate photos are taken from common locations like driveways, back yards, and on decks. Aerial real estate photography and videography can show a more accurate, robust depiction of a home for sale, giving buyers a more complete picture of the home they're looking to buy.
Tell a Better Story
Excellent storytelling is one of the most reliable keys to real estate sales. On the one hand, buyers want to know exactly where their money will be going when buying a home. On the other hand, sellers want to work with an agent who has more than the typical tools of the trade on hand. When coupled with interactive virtual tours, hiring a Twist real estate videographer in Seguin, TX can help realtors tell a more captivating story.
Commercial Real Estate Photography Services
Ever considered professional real estate photography for your commercial business needs? Making a first strong impression is an incredible asset to your business. Doing so is equally as important for commercial purposes as it is for residential real estate reasons. With Twist Tours, your prospective clients can access online 3D virtual tours filled with stunning HDR real estate photography to give them a full picture of what you're selling. With our floor plan and room planner tours, you can even implement our real estate photos in your print marketing materials.
But that's just the start. A few additional benefits of commercial real estate photography include:
1.
Give Buyers What They Want:
The Wall Street Journal recently published a piece about the best ways to sell a commercial property. Their research found that buyers spent 60% of their time looking at photos on a property page. Knowing this, you must find creative ways to make your listings and marketing materials stand out. A lack of dazzling, positive imagery could mean you lose out on a sale or a tenant.
2.
More Clicks and Shares:
When prospective buyers or tenants are captivated by a real estate photo, they are very likely to click through to your website. Pictures with the right mix of professionalism and pizzaz are also share-worthy, meaning your commercial property for sale will reach a wider audience.
3.
Get That Great First Impression:
For buyers or tenants to take your commercial property seriously, your real estate images must make a positive impression by being HDR, modern, and beautiful.
Do the Twist
Guess what? At Twist Tours, we love our clients. Not just because of the fantastic relationships we've formed with builders, brokers, owners, designers, agents, and their staff - but because they get it. They know how important a strong first impression can be in the real estate industry. The only thing we love more than meeting new clients is helping them grow their business. SEGUIN, Texas - In mere moments, residents from McQueeney to Seguin found themselves under a Tornado Warning late Thursday evening. Issued at 11:13pm and set to expire at 11:45pm, it was quickly cancelled in 12 minutes and switched to a Severe Thunderstorm Warning with "tornado possible" inserted into the severe thunderstorm warning text.
So was there a tornado? Highly doubtful based on radar data.
Around 11:10 to 11:11 p.m., we can see the storm starting to rotate and try to develop a tornado. The big question, would the next radar scan coming in tighten the rotation more or not. The following couple of radar scans showed it quickly weakening and broadening out.
The National Weather Service office did a nice job getting that warning out in case it did tighten and quickly produce a tornado on the ground. It's all about early lead time with tornadoes and if they let minutes pass waiting till the next radar scan, it might have been too late with one on the ground. In this case, the storm fortunately was not able to completely tighten to produce one.
Audrey Mason shared this video of the severe weather that hit the Swenson Heights subdivision off of Cordova late Thursday night in Seguin.
“I’m not sure if this was the tornado or not from last night, or if it was a giant microburst,” she told us. “But it wiped out all our decorations.”
News 4 Chief Meteorologist Chris Suchan was doing Facebook Live on our station page for residents in Guadalupe County, tracking the storm as the warning then expired and changed to a severe thunderstorm warning.
It did have around 1" hail for a brief time west side of Seguin to McQueeney and did have gusts to 50mph or higher for a short amount of time. It also dropped heavy rainfall with small hail at times mixed in as it moved through Seguin.
This storm has completely weakened and there is no severe risk. Later tonight into Friday morning, may see some scattered showers in the area including an isolated thunderstorm.

Ranch Hand, a leading manufacturer of truck accessories and protection equipment, has broken ground on a new 400,000 square foot manufacturing facility in Seguin that will consolidate operations from two existing Texas plants, including one in Beeville.
According to Randy P. Seitz, President and Chief Executive Officer of The Bee Area Partnership, more than 100 jobs at the Beeville manufacturing plant are affected.
Seitz said the news of the consolidation is disappointing, especially for those who will either have to relocate or lose their jobs.
“They employ about 106 people in our community, so the economic impact that this is going to have on our community is going to be tough. You're talking about 106 employees," he said.
He said the Bee Area Partnership had urged Lippert to keep Ranch Hand in Beeville and even though construction has already begun at the facility in Seguin, they hope to secure a one-on-one interview to explore whether some employees can remain in Beeville or discuss ways to help affected workers transition to other local jobs.
"I would reiterate that we would really like a returned message a return phone call from the company because we're concerned and we're worried about those employees that are not going to move to Seguin, that want them stay in the area and we want to be able to help those employees transition to other jobs in the community," said Seitz.
He hopes to get in conversation with the company and discuss a plan in the works that is in partnership with the Workforce Solutions of the Coastal Bend.
"We have the resources and the ability to do that, but it has to be done in conjunction with the company. The company has got to allow us to come in and sit down and meet with them and meet with the employees that want to stay, and that can only be done that can only be done if we work together," he added.
The new state-of-the-art facility, located off Interstate 10 in Seguin, will combine manufacturing from both the Beeville and Shiner locations when it opens in the second quarter of 2026. The consolidation is part of Ranch Hand's expansion strategy to nearly double its current manufacturing capacity for industry-leading grill guards and bumpers.
Ranch Hand, a division of LCI Industries through its subsidiary Lippert Components Inc., cited increased demand for its products over the past five years, driven partly by prominent placement on popular television shows like "Yellowstone" and "Land Man."
"This is a long-anticipated expansion for Ranch Hand allowing us to drastically increase service levels to our valued customers and significantly improve lead times," said Shane McNalie, Senior Vice President of Sales for Lippert's Automotive Division.
The new facility will feature advanced manufacturing capabilities, including a state-of-the-art E-Coat line with zirconium pre-treatment designed to significantly increase corrosion resistance. These improvements are expected to help Ranch Hand expand into Northern markets with enhanced corrosion protection.
Groundbreaking for the Seguin facility began in September, with the company targeting a move-in date in the second quarter of 2026.
Ranch Hand was founded in Texas in 1986 and specializes in designing grille guards and bumpers that offer customers protection for their vehicles. The company has built its reputation on crafting products designed to withstand tough conditions and obstacles.

Long-term weekend closures coming to parts of I-10 near San Antonio

Drivers heading into San Antonio from surrounding area towns will face delays this month. The Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) is warning that two long-term closures will plague their journeys as construction kicks off in Seguin.
Beginning on Friday, November 14, at 9 p.m., a major shutdown will hit State Highway (SH) 123. TxDOT says all of its lanes will be closed between the Interstate 10 (I-10) westbound frontage road and the I-10 eastbound frontage road. This is necessary so that construction crews can do bridge work in the zone.
Additionally, the right lanes of I-10 westbound and eastbound will also be inaccessible over SH 123. This closure ends on Monday, November 17, at 5 a.m., according to TxDOT.
Instead, traffic heading southbound on the highway will turn right towards the I-10 westbound frontage road and continue to SH 123B. To return to SH 123, drivers can turn around and take the I-10 eastbound frontage road to the highway, the agency says.
Meanwhile, those traveling north will turn right onto the I-10 westbound frontage road to enter the I-10 eastbound main lanes. TxDOT says they should exit to U.S. 90, turn around, and take the entrance ramp to the I-10 westbound main lanes. Drivers will continue on the I-10 westbound main lanes until they take the exit ramp to SH 123.
This closure ends on Monday, November 17, at 5 a.m., according to the agency. A second disruption comes the following weekend. This one targets SH 123 B.
Beginning on Friday, November 21, at 9 p.m., all lanes on the stretch from the Interstate 10 (I-10) westbound frontage road and the I-10 eastbound frontage road will be closed for bridge work. On top of this, the right lanes of I-10 west and east over SH 123 B will also be inaccessible.
TxDOT recommends that people heed the following detour routes. Folks driving south on SH 123 B cam turn right towards the I-10 westbound frontage road and continue to State Highway (SH) 46. Then, they should turn around so they can take the I-10 eastbound frontage road to the I-10 eastbound entrance ramp. Vehicles will continue on the I-10 east main lanes until they take the exit ramp to SH 123 B.
Those heading north on the highway are urged to turn right toward the I-10 eastbound frontage road and continue to SH 123. They should then turn around to take the I-10 westbound frontage road back to SH 123 B.
These traffic diversions come after a fiery crash occurred in the area last week. However, a TxDOT spokesperson says the construction is unrelated to the incident.
"The forthcoming lane closures on I-10 in Seguin were part of a preexisting construction schedule and were planned prior to Thursday’s 18-wheeler fire," a spokesperson told MySA. "The contractor recently performed a lane switch, and the lane affected by the fire is no longer open to traffic. These lane closures remain on the original timeline and have not been impacted by the incident."

Veterans Day Parade, Ceremony plus Vietnam Wall unveiling part of events
(Seguin) — The city of Seguin is pausing today to honor the men and women who have worn the uniform of the United States Armed Forces.
This year, however, Veterans Day 2025 in Seguin will be marked with a full day of remembrance, gratitude, and celebration – a celebration highlighting the official unveiling of the American Veterans Traveling Tribute (AVTT) Vietnam Wall and the annual Veterans Day Parade and Ceremony.
Today’s parade begins at 9 a.m. The procession will lead to the Seguin Coliseum, where the community’s official Veterans Day ceremony will follow at 11 a.m.
The program will feature Major General Bob Parker, U.S. Air Force (Retired) as this year’s guest speaker.
Marlin Howze, the commander of the Doug Herrle Disabled American Veterans (DAV) Chapter 61, says today is about celebrating all who have served.
“This is Veterans Day, and we like to separate that from the Memorial Day experience,” said Howze. “Memorial Day is where we mourn those who have passed through the service of their country. Veterans Day — we like to sit there and separate that out and let people know that this is a celebration of military service and the Wall is one of those significant monuments in Washington that depicts the ultimate sacrifice that many service people will face in protecting the country.”
Following the annual ceremony, the crowd will make its way to Smokey Joe Williams Field at the Seguin Events Complex for the opening of “the much anticipated” traveling Vietnam Wall — an 80-percent scale replica of the iconic memorial in Washington, D.C. The wall, part of the larger AVTT Cost of Freedom Tribute, will be free and open to the public 24 hours a day through Saturday.
The exhibit is being made possible through the partnership of the (DAV) and the Guadalupe County Veterans Council.
The unveiling will include a military flyover at 12:30 p.m. featuring both fixed and rotary wing aircraft from the Texas Air National Guard. Food trucks, local performers — including the Seguin High School Mariachi Band — and color guards will also be participating.
Organizers say The Seguin Field of Honor® will also be a unique piece to the traveling exhibit. Approximately 300 American flags, each dedicated to a veteran, active-duty service member, or first responder have been planted across the baseball field and will remain on display through November 15.
Howze says the significance of today impacts most if not all families and encourages the community to come out and show its support.
“You can’t hardly find a family that does not have a member or a dependent of a service member that is associated with serving with the military,” said Howze. “It’s one of the highest forms of service you can do for the country and right now, there’s people in far off lonely places serving our country doing things. We do it so other people don’t have to, and the Wall is a reminder that we have signed a document that says we will ultimately defend that country.”
Howze says today’s events and those set for this week are the results of a true team and community effort.
“I can’t say enough about the help that the city of Seguin and Guadalupe County have given us in helping to bring this also,” said Howze. “In particular, the city of Seguin and the parks and recreation department — they have played a really big role in stepping up and helping us bring it here and making it happen.”
Again, the wall and Field of Honor will remain open to the public 24 hours a day through Saturday, November 15. Admission is free.
A moving tribute to service: Vietnam Veterans Memorial Wall replica to open in Seguin this Veterans Day

(Seguin) — A powerful symbol of service, dedication and gratitude is coming to Seguin this Veterans Day. (Seguin) — A powerful symbol of service, dedication and gratitude is coming to Seguin this Veterans Day. The American Veteran’s Traveling Tribute (AVTT), featuring an 80-percent scale replica of the Vietnam Veterans Memorial in Washington, D.C., will make its first-ever visit to Seguin this Tuesday. The wall will be on display at the Smokey Joe Williams Field, located at the Seguin Events Complex.
The traveling wall’s visit is being presented by Seguin’s Doug Herrle Disabled American Veterans (DAV) Chapter 61 as part of a weeklong community tribute organized by the Guadalupe County Veterans Council. The DAV, which annually spearheads Seguin’s Veterans Day ceremonies, has spent months preparing for the historic visit.
That’s according to DAV Commander Marlin Howze, who says organizers are honored to pay tribute to all those who have fought for our nation’s freedoms over the past century.
“This is the American Veteran’s Traveling Tribute so in it is the Vietnam Wall as depicted in Washington D.C. This is an 80 percent replica of that same wall in Washington and the difference between that is in the American Veteran Traveling Tribute, there’s also tribute monuments to each of the major military action since WWII leading up to Afghanistan. So, this tribute is going to cover all of those areas as well,” said Howze.
The exhibit will officially open to the public on Tuesday, Nov.11, and remain open around the clock through Saturday, Nov. 15.
“We are going to have guides that can help people there with disabilities. If you need help to find a name or something, each of the organizations will have a day of service where they will be in charge of security and helping the public get to what they want to do. It will be open to the public from the 11th to the 15th. Sunday morning it departs – open 24/7. We’ve got security personnel arranged and will be there all through the night. So anytime you want to go look at it, it will be here. It will be open,” said Howze.
Howze says making the event special is the arrival of the exhibit in observance of Seguin’s Veterans Day celebration – a celebration that begins with the annual parade on Tuesday morning.
“Line up for the parade begins at 8 o’clock and then the parade starts at 9 a.m. It will be coming out of College (Street) going down Austin Street toward the Coliseum and we will join there. At 11 o’clock, we have a Veterans Day observance where we will have a guest speaker in the form of Major General Bob Parker, U.S. Air Force Retired and then following that, we will have the grand opening which will begin at around 12:10 p.m. over at Smokey Joe Field. Then at 12:30 p.m. we are going to have a military flyover consisting of fixed and rotary wing aircraft and that will be elements from the Texas Air National Guard,” said Howze.
Howze says Tuesday’s events will be marked with community contributions. He says ceremonies will include participation from all over.
“We encourage people to come out and enjoy it. We are doing this as a celebration of service by the military. We’ve got food trucks in line. The Seguin High School Mariachi Band is going to be out there playing for us. We’ve got the American Indian Color Guard that will be doing colors for us this year. There’s a lot of new and unique elements that are coming out and we invite people to come in here and check it out,” said Howze.
Standing alongside the wall will be the 5th annual Seguin Field of Honor, a local display that transforms a sea of flags into a field of gratitude. The Field of Honor, organized by the Seguin Field of Honor® Committee, is joining forces this year with the DAV and Guadalupe County Veterans Council to help support funding for the wall’s visit and to expand the scope of the community’s Veterans Day tribute.
Connie Ramirez, event chair for the Field of Honor Committee, says the opportunity to honor or remember someone with a flag is still available. She also notes that, to her knowledge, Seguin’s Field of Honor may be the only such display in the nation “to coincide with a visit by the Vietnam Wall replica.”
Each of the American flags will fly proudly on seven-and-a-half-foot flagstaffs from November 10 through November 15. For information on purchasing or dedicating a flag, or to learn more about sponsorship opportunities, visit the Seguin Field of Honor Facebook page or contact Ramirez at 830-243-2872.
According to officials with the American Veterans Traveling Tribute, the mission of the organization is to travel across the United States with the Traveling Vietnam Wall and Cost of Freedom Tribute – “ensuring that every veteran feels the respect and recognition they deserve.” Founded in 2005 by Army veteran LTC Don Allen (Ret.) and Air Force veteran Dr. Barb Allen, AVTT has visited more than 500 communities nationwide, helping Americans honor, respect, and remember those who have made the ultimate sacrifice.
