Unmatched Real Estate Photography in Georgetown, TX
We've all heard the phrase "A picture is worth a thousand words," and in today's digitally-dominant world, that saying is more poignant than ever. In real estate, pictures have a huge impact on whether a home is sold or passed by. That's especially true in a time when prospective homebuyers are less likely to travel in-person to tour a home in their price range.
With more time on their hands to peruse real estate listings, buyers are inundated with all sorts of images, which is why your real estate photos must stand out from the crowd. Once buyers filter through property locations, pricing, nearby school districts, and square footage, they want to flip through photos. If your pictures aren't up to snuff, you can be sure the homebuyer will move to the next listing.
Fortunately, Twist Tours is here to provide you with high-resolution, creative photography for your real estate needs - whether you're listing a brand-new home or selling a property that has been on the market too long.
We believe Twist Tours stands apart because we do more than capturing a visual record of a home. Instead, your Twist Tours real estate photographer develops an emotional bridge between potential buyers and real estate listings by enhancing the home's true character. Every aspect of our real estate photos, drone shots, videos, and tours are carefully engineered to bring your property to life

With a staff of highly-trained, innovative real estate photographers, there's no project too large or "out of the box" for us to handle. And we're not just talking real estate photography in the classic sense - we have successful clients in many different industries, who use our photographers for:

Aerial Video and Photography Services for Real Estate
Nothing showcases your property quite like professional aerial video and photography. With our drone photography services, you can turn lookers into buyers by giving them a unique vantage point of your commercial or residential property. If you're looking to set your real estate business apart from your competition, drone photography and video is the way to go.
Aerial photography adds an extra layer of "special" to your real estate photos, taking your listing from dull to downright beautiful. Sellers want to work with agents willing to entertain creative ways to sell homes. Buyers want to see every nook and cranny of the home they're interested in buying. With aerial real estate photography, you get the best of both worlds.
Benefits of aerial real estate photography and video include:

Property Location
If you're a real estate expert, we bet you're used to hearing the saying "location, location, location." One of the greatest benefits of aerial real estate photography is the chance to see where a home is located with respect to parks, restaurants, and other attractions. If you need to capture the entirety of a property's layout, take to the skies.

Property Accuracy
Taking pictures is one of the most important steps in selling a home. Generally, exterior real estate photos are taken from common locations like driveways, back yards, and on decks. Aerial real estate photography and videography can show a more accurate, robust depiction of a home for sale, giving buyers a more complete picture of the home they're looking to buy.

Tell a Better Story
Excellent storytelling is one of the most reliable keys to real estate sales. On the one hand, buyers want to know exactly where their money will be going when buying a home. On the other hand, sellers want to work with an agent who has more than the typical tools of the trade on hand. When coupled with interactive virtual tours, hiring a Twist real estate videographer in Georgetown, TX can help realtors tell a more captivating story.

Commercial Real Estate Photography Services
Ever considered professional real estate photography for your commercial business needs? Making a first strong impression is an incredible asset to your business. Doing so is equally as important for commercial purposes as it is for residential real estate reasons. With Twist Tours, your prospective clients can access online 3D virtual tours filled with stunning HDR real estate photography to give them a full picture of what you're selling. With our floor plan and room planner tours, you can even implement our real estate photos in your print marketing materials.
But that's just the start. A few additional benefits of commercial real estate photography include:
1.
Give Buyers What They Want:
The Wall Street Journal recently published a piece about the best ways to sell a commercial property. Their research found that buyers spent 60% of their time looking at photos on a property page. Knowing this, you must find creative ways to make your listings and marketing materials stand out. A lack of dazzling, positive imagery could mean you lose out on a sale or a tenant.

2.
More Clicks and Shares:
When prospective buyers or tenants are captivated by a real estate photo, they are very likely to click through to your website. Pictures with the right mix of professionalism and pizzaz are also share-worthy, meaning your commercial property for sale will reach a wider audience.

3.
Get That Great First Impression:
For buyers or tenants to take your commercial property seriously, your real estate images must make a positive impression by being HDR, modern, and beautiful.

Do the Twist
Guess what? At Twist Tours, we love our clients. Not just because of the fantastic relationships we've formed with builders, brokers, owners, designers, agents, and their staff - but because they get it. They know how important a strong first impression can be in the real estate industry. The only thing we love more than meeting new clients is helping them grow their business. If you're ready to get started on more success, we're here to help.

"Williamson County is advising residents in the area of Bear Creek and County Road 200, and the Rio Bonita RV Park to evacuate to the Cross Tracks Church, 101 Church Street, in Liberty Hill. As our community continues to recover from recent flooding along the San Gabriel River, the City of Georgetown has shared updated information regarding water safety, road and park closures, and ongoing recovery efforts.
7 p.m. July 6 update: Most of our customers have had water services restored; however, the boil water notice will remain in effect for the same area at least through late Monday, July 7, when we expect to have TCEQ approval to lift the notice. The cause is a water leak in the middle of the San Gabriel River.
Some customers along John Carter Street and Holly Street near the College Street intersection do not yet have water, and crews are working to restore water as quickly as possible. If you do not have water and are not along those streets, please call us at 512-930-3640, then press 1 to report it to us. Our system will recognize your number if it’s tied to your utility account.
We are so grateful for the outpouring of love for our community and questions for how you can help. We have provided links on our website for organizations we know of with volunteer and donation opportunities. Please reach out to them or other nonprofits if you want to help. The City is coordinating park and river cleanup and will share updates and calls for assistance as we have them.
San Gabriel Park and trails will remain closed at least through Monday, July 7. Blue Hole Park and trails and Heritage Gardens are expected to remain closed for at least several more days. Avoid these areas. Most other city trails are now open.
Road still closed: The south Austin Avenue bridge and trail underneath will remain closed at least through Monday, July 7. Teams were onsite Sunday afternoon to evaluate the structural integrity after this weekend’s flood event. At this time, we have not found evidence of damage impacting the structure. However, the scaffolding from the ongoing bridge rehabilitation work is preventing inspectors and engineers from getting a full view of the bridge structure. The scaffolding is being removed, which will take at least a day to complete. Once the scaffolding is removed, we can complete the final structural inspection. This evaluation is being performed out of an abundance of caution. Traffic should detour to I-35. The north bridge is open.
While we could get additional rainfall through today, and the National Weather Service has us in a flood advisory until 9:30 p.m. tonight, the San Gabriel River is expected to remain within its banks. The National Weather Service indicates there could be additional storms. We will continue to monitor the weather and keep you informed of changes.
Thank you to all the crews working around the clock to keep us safe and informed and to restore services and our city as fast and as safely as we can. And to our residents for your overwhelming support. We will have more updates tomorrow, and please keep us posted with any concerns or questions you have.
3:15 p.m. July 6 update: The National Weather Service has issued a flash flood warning for our area until 6 p.m., and we remain in a flood watch until 7 p.m. Stay weather aware, steer clear of Blue Hole and San Gabriel parks (which remain closed), and do not drive across roads with moving water. If you did not get that notice, sign up today at warncentraltexas.org.
As of 11 a.m., Sunday, July 6
Boil Water Notice Still in Effect
A boil water notice remains in place for residents in several Georgetown neighborhoods due to a water main break in the San Gabriel River, believed to be related to recent flooding. City crews are actively working to restore water pressure and complete repairs.
The notice is expected to remain in effect through at least late Monday, July 7. Once repairs are complete, water testing must be approved by the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ), a process that takes approximately 24 hours.
To check whether your home is affected, please view the official outage map:
???? Click here to view the map
The City will notify residents once test results confirm the water is safe and the boil water notice is lifted.
Park & Bridge Closures
The following roads and structures remain closed as of Saturday morning:
Drivers should detour to I-35 where possible and avoid these areas until further notice.
Park & Trail Closures
Although the San Gabriel River has returned to within its banks, Georgetown remains under a flood watch through 7 p.m. today.
The following areas remain closed:
Please continue to use caution and avoid flood-affected areas for your safety and to support ongoing recovery efforts.
Georgetown Animal Shelter & Cleanup Efforts
The Georgetown Animal Shelter remains closed. All animals have been safely relocated to the Williamson County Regional Animal Shelter.
Community members interested in helping with recovery are encouraged to reach out to local nonprofits to offer support. The City will coordinate park and river cleanup and will share calls for assistance as needed in the coming days.

One of Central Texas' best barbecue joints is expanding to a growing city outside of Austin. Schoepf’s BBQ is planning to open its second location in Georgetown.
The 32-year-old Belton staple will soon be smoking meats at 820 S. Austin Ave. on the Georgetown Square. Ronnie Schoepf, who co-owns Schoepf's with his wife Staci, told MySA he hopes to open the new restaurant by early fall depending on the construction process.
"My wife and I are super excited about this new venture and being a part of something that's already such a great happening scene, and hopefully we can do nothing but be a part of that and make it even better than it already is," Schoepf said.
Established in 1993, Schoepf's has become a barbecue and live music destination in Texas. Over the years, Schoepf’s BBQ has made it onto Texas Monthly's esteemed Top 50 BBQ Joint list three times (1997, 2003 and 2008). More recently, Schoepf’s was named an honorable mention on this year's TM list, and in the past it's been recognized by other publications including the Food Network, Houston Chronicle's Top 25 barbecue spots and more accolades.
Schoepf’s also added a live music venue to its Belton Backyard in 2009, which was awarded a Texas Country Music Award for Live Music Venue of The Year in 2022. Its Belton restaurant off I-35 near Temple, offers various prime smoked meats, homemade sides and desserts for dine-in and catering.
Schoepf's menu includes not just traditional brisket, sausage, ribs and more but also Tex-Mex BBQ offerings like Tejas nachos and tacos as well as daily features.
Schoepf explained that although the exact opening date of the restaurant is uncertain due to the remodeling of the building and possible delays from obtaining permits and contractors, he's planning to possibly have the Georgetown Schoepf's in business sometime between August and October.
