- Photography
- No limit on images
- $350/hr then $5 per minute based on a minimum of $350
- Portfolio Shots
- Add on for special vignettes of furnishings/art/finishes
- $200 per 10 photos
- Aerial Photography and/or Aerial Video
- Add On Aerial Photography: $250
- Add On Aerial Video: $400
- Add On Aerial Video and Photography: $600
- Matterport 3D Models & Floor Plans
- 3D Models: .10/sf hosting for one year included then $100 annually
- Floor Plans: $200
- Trip Fees
- Outlying areas will be quoted in advance
- Shoots requested outside of the hours of 8am – 3pm will be quoted with a trip fee
- Same Day Rush Fee
- Delivery by 7pm
- $100 in addition to standard photography fees
- Licensing
- Any other interested parties such as vendors/suppliers, designers or stagers can license the images for use at $200 per shoot per party.
