Unmatched Real Estate Photography in Marble Falls, TX
We've all heard the phrase "A picture is worth a thousand words," and in today's digitally-dominant world, that saying is more poignant than ever. In real estate, pictures have a huge impact on whether a home is sold or passed by. That's especially true in a time when prospective homebuyers are less likely to travel in-person to tour a home in their price range.
With more time on their hands to peruse real estate listings, buyers are inundated with all sorts of images, which is why your real estate photos must stand out from the crowd. Once buyers filter through property locations, pricing, nearby school districts, and square footage, they want to flip through photos. If your pictures aren't up to snuff, you can be sure the homebuyer will move to the next listing.
Fortunately, Twist Tours is here to provide you with high-resolution, creative photography for your real estate needs - whether you're listing a brand-new home or selling a property that has been on the market too long.
We believe Twist Tours stands apart because we do more than capturing a visual record of a home. Instead, your Twist Tours real estate photographer develops an emotional bridge between potential buyers and real estate listings by enhancing the home's true character. Every aspect of our real estate photos, drone shots, videos, and tours are carefully engineered to bring your property to life

Aerial Video and Photography Services for Real Estate
Nothing showcases your property quite like professional aerial video and photography. With our drone photography services, you can turn lookers into buyers by giving them a unique vantage point of your commercial or residential property. If you're looking to set your real estate business apart from your competition, drone photography and video is the way to go.
Aerial photography adds an extra layer of "special" to your real estate photos, taking your listing from dull to downright beautiful. Sellers want to work with agents willing to entertain creative ways to sell homes. Buyers want to see every nook and cranny of the home they're interested in buying. With aerial real estate photography, you get the best of both worlds.
Benefits of aerial real estate photography and video include:
Property Location
If you're a real estate expert, we bet you're used to hearing the saying "location, location, location." One of the greatest benefits of aerial real estate photography is the chance to see where a home is located with respect to parks, restaurants, and other attractions. If you need to capture the entirety of a property's layout, take to the skies.
Property Accuracy
Taking pictures is one of the most important steps in selling a home. Generally, exterior real estate photos are taken from common locations like driveways, back yards, and on decks. Aerial real estate photography and videography can show a more accurate, robust depiction of a home for sale, giving buyers a more complete picture of the home they're looking to buy.
Tell a Better Story
Excellent storytelling is one of the most reliable keys to real estate sales. On the one hand, buyers want to know exactly where their money will be going when buying a home. On the other hand, sellers want to work with an agent who has more than the typical tools of the trade on hand. When coupled with interactive virtual tours, hiring a Twist real estate videographer in Marble Falls, TX can help realtors tell a more captivating story.
Commercial Real Estate Photography Services
Ever considered professional real estate photography for your commercial business needs? Making a first strong impression is an incredible asset to your business. Doing so is equally as important for commercial purposes as it is for residential real estate reasons. With Twist Tours, your prospective clients can access online 3D virtual tours filled with stunning HDR real estate photography to give them a full picture of what you're selling. With our floor plan and room planner tours, you can even implement our real estate photos in your print marketing materials.
But that's just the start. A few additional benefits of commercial real estate photography include:
1.
Give Buyers What They Want:
The Wall Street Journal recently published a piece about the best ways to sell a commercial property. Their research found that buyers spent 60% of their time looking at photos on a property page. Knowing this, you must find creative ways to make your listings and marketing materials stand out. A lack of dazzling, positive imagery could mean you lose out on a sale or a tenant.
2.
More Clicks and Shares:
When prospective buyers or tenants are captivated by a real estate photo, they are very likely to click through to your website. Pictures with the right mix of professionalism and pizzaz are also share-worthy, meaning your commercial property for sale will reach a wider audience.
3.
Get That Great First Impression:
For buyers or tenants to take your commercial property seriously, your real estate images must make a positive impression by being HDR, modern, and beautiful.
Do the Twist
Guess what? At Twist Tours, we love our clients. Not just because of the fantastic relationships we've formed with builders, brokers, owners, designers, agents, and their staff - but because they get it. They know how important a strong first impression can be in the real estate industry. The only thing we love more than meeting new clients is helping them grow their business. MARBLE FALLS, Texas — The push is on for Central Texas to prepare for the April 8th total solar eclipse. On Thursday, the City of Marble Falls held a series of town hall meetings to make residents aware of the challenges and uncertainties. The city is a prime viewing spot and that has officials worried traffic could be gridlocked.
“It’s a once in a lifetime thing,” said Russell Sander, Marble Falls Asst. City Manager.
Sander expects people from far and wide to converge on the city April 8th. The city is a key destination because Marble Falls will have one of the longest views of the moon blocking the face of the sun. The peak spectacle in Marble Falls will last more than four minutes. An hour away in Austin, totality will be less than two minutes. That two minute difference could bring in tens of thousands of people.
“We’re saying we are going to at least double the population of Burnet County, which will be an additional 50,000 people,” said Sander.
Many of those visitors will be crowding onto Highway 281. The high-traffic road cuts through the heart of Marble Falls and cars could be gridlocked, especially immediately after the eclipse when everyone is heading home at the same time.

At Thursday’s town hall meetings officials shared lessons learned on the West Coast during the 2017 solar eclipse.
“They said that a trip that would normally take two hours was taking anywhere from six to eight hours just because of the traffic getting gridlocked,” said Sander.
Estimates are that the one-hour trip from Marble Falls to Austin could take five to six hours after the eclipse. To make sure first responders can get where they need to be crews will be strategically positioned across the city. In addition, a mobile cell tower will be brought in to help 911 calls and texts go through.
Businesses are also being advised to stock up on gas, groceries and everything else on the shopping lists of tens of thousands of visitors.

“The eclipse is April 8th and that is on a Monday. We’re not looking at it as a slow Monday. It will be a Saturday on steroids,” said Cheryl Westerman, owner of Ms. Lollipop Fun & Gifts on Main Street.
Westerman is asking the City of Marble Falls to close part of Main Street to traffic so downtown can throw a party.
“We want to provide something fun for those people coming into town. We want to make this a memorable, historic moment for this total eclipse,” said Westerman.
City officials are still evaluating if they should close one section of Main Street to traffic. They acknowledge the clock is ticking with exactly two months to go before April 8.

MARBLE FALLS, Texas — A Marble falls Property owner captured drone footage of the fire that caused an entire strip center to go up in flames Wednesday evening.
The Marble Falls Fire Department tells CBS Austin the blaze broke out around 5p.m. and has left many devastated. The building housed restaurant China Kitchen and other businesses has been deemed a total loss, leaving many without jobs.
Marble Falls Fire Chief Tom Crane says thankfully everyone managed to get out safely. Right now, the State Fire Marshals office is investigating to learn what started the fire.

“We always feel awful for anybody that loses anything business wise, personal wise or anything like that. I will say, this community of Marble Falls has stepped up. Citizens have been bringing in supplies and supporting us. That’s made it really nice and easy to do our jobs,” said Crane.
This is what the popular strip center on 705 First St. in Marble Falls use to look like. It’s now been burnt down to the ground after a fire engulfed the property demolishing 18 businesses.
Jason Coleman owns the strip center right next door to where the blaze ignited.
“I was very nervous that my building would catch on fire when I saw the flames,” he said.
Coleman just bought the building three days ago. Although he’s now tasked with repairing his new investment, Coleman is thankful firefighters managed to protect his structure considering the flames were just inches away.
“I feel extremely blessed to be in this community and the support I’ve received from other business tenants have just been phenomenal. Just a strong Christian community. I just praise God that my building didn’t go down,” said Coleman.
Logan Copsetta and Tyler Ellerbe were eyewitnesses and said that after smelling smoke and seeing people evacuate, they jumped in to help fight the fire before officials could make it to the scene.
“He grabbed a fire hose, and we were holding it back for about five or ten minutes before first responders came,” said Copsetta.
The men add many in the close-knit community are sad to see the strip center gone.
“That’s a very historic building especially for small towns like historical building especially next to the square are really detrimental to the population,” he said.
Fire Crews were out Thursday keeping a watchful eye to ensure nothing kindles. Several GoFundMe accounts were started to help businesses who lost everything.

MARBLE FALLS, Texas - Smoke was still rising over charred remains Thursday morning after a fire destroyed China Kitchen and multiple other businesses in Marble Falls.
Tracey Becker was working late Wednesday evening at Highland Lakes Title across the street.
"It wasn't 30 minutes, and it was totally engulfed," said Becker. "I couldn't believe it. I mean I was glad that I didn't see anybody, there weren't any cars where they usually have people dropping off their kids and stuff like that."

"I actually just bought it on Monday," said Coleman.
The office and retail space is currently empty, and the building was able to escape serious damage.
"Just minor damage on the outside and some smoke damage inside, so we were very fortunate," said Coleman. "Flames were engulfing it on the sides and the fire department did an amazing job of keeping the flames off the building and isolating it."

Longtime Marble Falls residents, like Tristian Poteet, stopped by on Thursday to take it all in.
"It's been here for as long as I can remember," said Poteet. "This is some true devastation for our community, it’s a monumental building, we've all been here to eat and enjoy the businesses…we're very sad and our hearts and prayers go out to each of the business owners."
There are a few GoFundMes that have been set up for some of the businesses that were destroyed:
The Highland Lakes Crisis Network has also set up a fund to help those displaced.

MARBLE FALLS, Texas (KXAN) — A group of Marble Falls residents are in the process of developing an inclusive playground in the community for people of all abilities to enjoy.
The Marble Falls Inclusive Play Group is working to raise $1.4 million to design and construct Wyatt’s Clubhouse, an inclusive playground designed to be accessible for everybody. It’s a mission that’s personal for Ashley Crouse, secretary of the board behind Marble Falls Inclusive Play Group.
“My son experienced a [traumatic brain injury] when he was 15 months old — that was in 2019. And after that, he had some disabilities. He can’t walk, he’s wheelchair-bound,” she said. “When we were trying to go to the local playgrounds here in Marble Falls, there was no wheelchair access. There are no swings that he can swing on. It was just very limiting.”
Those limitations sparked Crouse’s desire to create a space that’s inclusive for children and visitors of all abilities and capabilities. She pointed to the Play for All Abilities Park in Round Rock and Morgan’s Wonderland in San Antonio as spaces that have gone beyond the idea of ADA access and have made accessibility and inclusivity the cornerstone of their designs.
Crouse, along with Taylor Smith, the treasurer of the Marble Falls Inclusive Play Group, has worked with the playground development company Leathers and Associates to bring their vision to life. So far, both said the project has received incredible community support — but it’s been a long road toward bringing it to fruition.
Earlier this month, the J.M. Huber Corporation awarded the Marble Falls Inclusive Play Group a $25,000 grant to help develop the playground. That award came after 50 applications were submitted, and only 11 were chosen from around the world, Smith said.
“To see an organization of that size — it’s, you know, around the world — focus on Marble Falls and give us some money to help get this going is just amazing,” Smith added. “And we’re really hoping that this will start a wave of more large corporations out in this area or anywhere….we’ll take funds from anybody to help get the job done.”
Not only does it take a village to fund the project, but it also is a community effort to shape its vision and the playground’s components. Smith said the group has gone to schools and spoken with local kids to get their input on what kind of equipment and playground amenities they want to see.
He added the group is looking at a variety of locations to build on. Once a site is selected, Smith said he hopes that’ll open the door up for more grants and larger-scale donations.
“It’s been really amazing to see this increase in the desire to bring awareness to including all people from all abilities. But also, bringing the actual parks here is really amazing,” Crouse said. “Part of the passion behind this project has been not just for my family but for all families that are experiencing these kinds of difficulties. Everybody wants to be able to go and play together. And I think that’s really important.”
Those interested in learning more about Wyatt’s Clubhouse or making a donation to the Marble Falls Inclusive Play Group can follow the project online and on its Facebook page.

Enjoy live polka music and a carnival during the Marble Falls Fall Festival from Oct. 27-29 in Johnson Park, 230 Avenue J. The event is hosted by the Marble Falls/Highland Lakes Area Chamber of Commerce.
“It’s a lot like MayFest,” said Jarrod Metzgar, executive director of the chamber. “It’s a pretty casual, low-key community event.”
The carnival sets up across from the Johnson Park ballfields. Guests can purchase carnival wristbands for $25 to enjoy the attractions all day long.
“We don’t have any (wristbands) to pre-sale,” said Special Events Coordinator Katie Savage. “(Guests) will need to walk up to the carnival to purchase their wristbands.”
Tickets for two rides, Speed and Blackout, are not included in the wristband package. Admission for each is $10.
“Those are the really big rides,” Metzgar said. “You can ride all the other rides all day with your wristband.”
Kona Ice, Mac’n Wag’n, Taquizas La Priepa, and Crawford’s BBQ will dish out food during the festival. Guests can also purchase alcoholic beverages and other refreshments at a concession stand.
“We try to get some that are members (of the Chamber of Commerce) and some that are not,” Savage said of food and drink vendors. “We wanted to have some well-known food trucks and some newer ones in the area to mix it up a little bit.”
No advanced registration is required for a Halloween costume contest at the festival.
“We’ll have age groups and some fun prizes,” Savage said.
Market vendors will begin selling their wares at 1 p.m. Saturday.
“We don’t have an end time for them,” Savage said. “We encourage people to stay as late as possible.”
Live music acts include the Pivo and Polka Band on Friday, Oompahs Band on Saturday, and Southern Comfort Band on Sunday.

Inks Lake State Park has archery equipment and binoculars on a birthday wishlist. The Texas Parks and Wildlife Department is celebrating 100 years of Texas State Parks with a centennial fundraiser that lasts until the end of 2023. Inks Lake rangers are asking for donations to buy equipment for the park’s birding, astronomy, and archery programs.
“Meeting our goal will allow us to purchase new binoculars and an archery set, providing fun and educational opportunities for our park visitors,” wrote Inks Lake State Park Ranger Jamie Langham in an email to DailyTrib.com.
The park needs $7,000 in total donations to acquire binoculars that can be loaned out to guests for wildlife viewing and participation in astronomy programs. Funds also would help kickstart an archery program that pairs participants with park staff for an introduction to the sport.
Inks Lake State Park is located at 3630 Park Road 4 West in Burnet County. It is the 10th most visited of Texas’ 88 state parks.
“Texas State Parks have a two-pronged mission: to protect the state’s natural resources while also providing recreational opportunities for the people of Texas,” Langham said in a media statement. “Providing new and more inclusive opportunities at our parks will not only help introduce present and future generations to our amazing parks, but they will also hopefully plant the seeds of a love for the outdoors and ignite a passion for protecting our great state parks and natural areas. Every generous donation moves us closer to being able to provide these oh-so-valuable experiences at Inks Lake State Park.”
To make a donation or learn more about Inks Lake State Park, visit texasparks100.org/inks-lake-state-park.
Parks across the state are conducting individual fundraisers in celebration of the park system’s centennial. In 1923, Gov. Pat Neff persuaded the state Legislature to create the Texas State Parks Board. Neff later said that a parks system would create a place where people “might go and forget the anxiety and strife and vexation of life’s daily grind.”
