Luxury accommodations
Among the room options at the resort are classic guest rooms in the hotel, which also features the Palm presidential suite among its upscale accommodations. There are also 99 villas, and private-home rentals are available.
Outdoor adventures abound
Horseshoe Bay is a golfer's dream, offering three courses designed by the highly esteemed Robert Trent Jones Sr. (the signature Jack Nicholas layout is a members-only course). There also are tennis and pickleball courts.
Guests have many ways to go out on the lake, including by kayak, paddleboard or Sea-Doo. The marina also rents out a new luxury fleet of Nautique boats, and there's a luxury pontoon boat for chartering, as well as fishing tours.
Ballrooms and breakouts
Groups have many areas to choose from for meetings at the Horseshoe Bay Resort. The largest is the 12,000 square-foot Granite Ballroom, followed by the 10,000 square-foot Live Oak Pavilion. Outdoor events can be held on the 25,000-square-foot Tower Live Oak Lawn.
The property also is adding a 10,000-square-foot pavilion, a $16 million waterside venue that is scheduled to open next January.
