Unmatched Real Estate Photography in Round Rock, TX
We've all heard the phrase "A picture is worth a thousand words," and in today's digitally-dominant world, that saying is more poignant than ever. In real estate, pictures have a huge impact on whether a home is sold or passed by. That's especially true in a time when prospective homebuyers are less likely to travel in-person to tour a home in their price range.
With more time on their hands to peruse real estate listings, buyers are inundated with all sorts of images, which is why your real estate photos must stand out from the crowd. Once buyers filter through property locations, pricing, nearby school districts, and square footage, they want to flip through photos. If your pictures aren't up to snuff, you can be sure the homebuyer will move to the next listing.
Fortunately, Twist Tours is here to provide you with high-resolution, creative photography for your real estate needs - whether you're listing a brand-new home or selling a property that has been on the market too long.
We believe Twist Tours stands apart because we do more than capturing a visual record of a home. Instead, your Twist Tours real estate photographer develops an emotional bridge between potential buyers and real estate listings by enhancing the home's true character. Every aspect of our real estate photos, drone shots, videos, and tours are carefully engineered to bring your property to life
With a staff of highly-trained, innovative real estate photographers, there's no project too large or "out of the box" for us to handle. And we're not just talking real estate photography in the classic sense - we have successful clients in many different industries, who use our photographers for:
Interior Design
Lighting Design
Office Building
Medical Office
Landscape Design
Event Venue

Aerial Video and Photography Services for Real Estate
Nothing showcases your property quite like professional aerial video and photography. With our drone photography services, you can turn lookers into buyers by giving them a unique vantage point of your commercial or residential property. If you're looking to set your real estate business apart from your competition, drone photography and video is the way to go.
Aerial photography adds an extra layer of "special" to your real estate photos, taking your listing from dull to downright beautiful. Sellers want to work with agents willing to entertain creative ways to sell homes. Buyers want to see every nook and cranny of the home they're interested in buying. With aerial real estate photography, you get the best of both worlds.
Benefits of aerial real estate photography and video include:
Property Location
If you're a real estate expert, we bet you're used to hearing the saying "location, location, location." One of the greatest benefits of aerial real estate photography is the chance to see where a home is located with respect to parks, restaurants, and other attractions. If you need to capture the entirety of a property's layout, take to the skies.
Property Accuracy
Taking pictures is one of the most important steps in selling a home. Generally, exterior real estate photos are taken from common locations like driveways, back yards, and on decks. Aerial real estate photography and videography can show a more accurate, robust depiction of a home for sale, giving buyers a more complete picture of the home they're looking to buy.
Tell a Better Story
Excellent storytelling is one of the most reliable keys to real estate sales. On the one hand, buyers want to know exactly where their money will be going when buying a home. On the other hand, sellers want to work with an agent who has more than the typical tools of the trade on hand. When coupled with interactive virtual tours, hiring a Twist real estate videographer in Round Rock, TX can help realtors tell a more captivating story.
Commercial Real Estate Photography Services
Ever considered professional real estate photography for your commercial business needs? Making a first strong impression is an incredible asset to your business. Doing so is equally as important for commercial purposes as it is for residential real estate reasons. With Twist Tours, your prospective clients can access online 3D virtual tours filled with stunning HDR real estate photography to give them a full picture of what you're selling. With our floor plan and room planner tours, you can even implement our real estate photos in your print marketing materials.
But that's just the start. A few additional benefits of commercial real estate photography include:
1.
Give Buyers What They Want:
The Wall Street Journal recently published a piece about the best ways to sell a commercial property. Their research found that buyers spent 60% of their time looking at photos on a property page. Knowing this, you must find creative ways to make your listings and marketing materials stand out. A lack of dazzling, positive imagery could mean you lose out on a sale or a tenant.
2.
More Clicks and Shares:
When prospective buyers or tenants are captivated by a real estate photo, they are very likely to click through to your website. Pictures with the right mix of professionalism and pizzaz are also share-worthy, meaning your commercial property for sale will reach a wider audience.
3.
Get That Great First Impression:
For buyers or tenants to take your commercial property seriously, your real estate images must make a positive impression by being HDR, modern, and beautiful.
Do the Twist
Guess what? At Twist Tours, we love our clients. Not just because of the fantastic relationships we've formed with builders, brokers, owners, designers, agents, and their staff - but because they get it. They know how important a strong first impression can be in the real estate industry. The only thing we love more than meeting new clients is helping them grow their business. If you're ready to get started on more success, we're here to help.

Paxton sues Leander and Round Rock school districts for not displaying Ten Commandments

Attorney General Ken Paxton has filed a lawsuit against the Leander and Round Rock Independent School Districts and their respective board of trustee members for not displaying donated copies of the Ten Commandments in all classrooms.
In the lawsuit that was filed Tuesday, Paxton's office said Round Rock ISD chose to “openly defy” state law after indicating it would not comply with Senate Bill 10 in a Sept. 15 email.
SB 10, the law requiring Texas public schools to display the Ten Commandments, went into effect Sept 1.
However, a federal judge blocked 11 school districts in Texas’ largest metropolitan areas, including Austin, Dripping Springs and Lake Travis ISDs, from displaying the Ten Commandments in August after 16 families filed a lawsuit against those districts. Leander and Round Rock ISDs were not included in that ruling.
In his ruling, U.S. Judge Fred Biery said SB 10 "likely violates both the Establishment and Free Exercise Clauses of the First Amendment."
Paxton appealed Biery's decision. The U.S. Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals is set to hear the state's arguments in January.
In a statement, Round Rock ISD said it has been awaiting further judicial guidance and was hoping to avoid using "scarce district resources" for litigation.
The district also said SB 10 conflicts with longstanding federal laws regarding the separation of church and state.
Leander ISD officials, however, said they have been following SB 10. In a statement, the district said Paxton did not contact Leander ISD to confirm if it was in compliance before filing the lawsuit.
"Leander ISD has accepted donated posters and has actively implemented the law in accordance with state requirements," the statement said. "At no point has Leander ISD taken action to defy or disregard the law."
Paxton said Leander and Round Rock ISD officials and board members "blatantly disregarded the will of Texas voters who expect the legal and moral heritage of our state to be displayed in accordance with the law."
“Round Rock ISD and Leander ISD chose to defy a clear statutory mandate, and this lawsuit makes clear that no district may ignore Texas law without consequence," he said.
Also on Tuesday, 14 additional school districts were barred from displaying the Ten Commandments after a federal judge ruled on a different lawsuit brought by Texas families who argue SB 10 is unconstitutional.
U.S. District Judge Orlando Garcia wrote that it would be “impractical, if not impossible” to protect students from “unwelcome religious displays” without halting enforcement of the law.

HUTTO, Texas — After trailing by two touchdowns before its offense ever snapped the ball, Hutto rallied to take a halftime lead, then held off Round Rock, 33-31, in a thrilling District 25-6A game at Memorial Stadium on Friday night.
The Dragons (3-4, 3-2) tried for a game-tying two-point conversion following a spectacular 39-yard touchdown pass from Dov Stickler to Daniel Barry with less than one minute remaining. Round Rock could not convert a pass attempt that Hunter Frenette broke up in the end zone.
How’s that for Hippo swagger?
“This was huge for our program,” first-year Hutto head coach Eli Reinhart said. “Huge for our confidence. Huge for believing in everything we have been saying. There’s proof in the pudding now a little bit. With high school kids, that’s what matters the most.”
Hutto quarterback Kaden Stefek and two-way starter Jaiden Fields came up huge for the Hippos (5-1, 4-0). The dynamic duo connected for the first three touchdowns of the game for Hutto after they trailed, 13-0, and didn’t touch the ball on offense until the 1:47 mark of the first quarter.
“It was very similar to last week when we had the ball three times in the first half,” Reinhart said. “It’s kind of weird not having the football, but our kids were ready to go on offense. It could be easy to have a slow start, then all of the sudden it’s two turnovers of possession, and the game is lost.
“Our kids did a great job of sticking with it on both sides of the ball,” Rinehart said. “It wasn’t great early on defense, but we have done a great job at halftime of making adjustments to win games.”
Fields, a junior receiver and defensive back, got Hutto on the board with a dazzling 64-yard touchdown reception from Stefek, then added a 44-yard touchdown catch on which he tipped the ball in the air to himself to secure the grab.
Following a Round Rock punt — the first of the game for either team — Fields caught a 19-yard touchdown pass to give the Hippos the lead for good.
“At this point last season, we were 3-3,” Fields said. “It feels great to be on top of the district. If we would have lost, it would have been a big shuffle for everybody. The win keeps us at the top and keeps us going.”
Round Rock moved into field goal range late in the first half before running out of time for an attempt to keep Hutto’s lead at 20-19 at the break. The Dragons missed a pair of two-point conversion attempts in the first half.
After a 1-yard touchdown run by Stefek, Round Rock cut the lead to one on a touchdown strike from Stickler to Barry. But Hutto blocked the PAT to hold onto its 26-25 lead with 11:39 left in the game.
“We stayed motivated,” Stefek said. “Going back out on the field, knowing we were going to score, always staying positive and always trusting our guys.”
On the ensuing possession, Hutto scored on a 9-yard touchdown run by Tulsa commit Keilan Chavies. The PAT gave the Hippos a 33-25 advantage. Fields intercepted a pass on Round Rock’s next possession.
Stefek finished 14-of-24 for 276 yards and three touchdowns with no interceptions. Fields caught six passes for 164 yards and three touchdowns and had one punt return for 17 yards.
“Jaiden is one of the best players not only in this area but in the state on both sides of the ball,” Reinhart said. “He plays every single snap, and he is a game-changer. We did some stuff with him that was a little bit different and found the matchups we wanted. He took advantage.
“It takes a quarterback who is putting the ball in the right position to give us those opportunities. Kaden did a phenomenal job. He never got stirred up, shaken. We missed some things, but he always bounced right back on the next play. He ran the ball hard tonight. Huge win. We couldn’t do it without these two. They’re vital to our program and to our team.”
Hutto is now alone in first place atop the District 25-6A standings. The Hippos have games against Round Rock Stony Point, Austin Vandergrift, Cedar Park Vista Ridge and Round Rock McNeil remaining. Hutto will look to keep rolling on both sides of the ball over the next four weeks.
“It was huge, for sure,” Stefek said. “We trust in our coach to call the plays, no matter when we get the ball, how we get it, what down we have. We know we’re going to go out there, convert a first down and score. We trust in each other.”

Veterans Affairs will build a new VA clinic in Round Rock.
The new $44.5 million facility at 4425 University Blvd. is scheduled to open in 2027. The clinic sits between Texas 130 and Interstate 35, down the street from Ascension Seton Williamson Hospital, which plans to double in size next year.
The clinic will join nine existing outpatient clinics and two hospitals in the Central Texas Veterans Health Care System. Officials said the site was chosen because of Round Rock’s population growth and because more than 28,000 veterans were enrolled in the system within a 30-minute drive as of 2019.
“As one of the fastest growing health care systems in the VA, the new clinic is absolutely necessary to serve our increasing veteran community,” said Christopher Myhaver, executive director of the Central Texas Veterans Health Care System, which will oversee the Round Rock VA Outpatient Clinic.
The new clinic expects to hire 100 people for its 12 patient care teams and offer primary care, pharmacy support, imaging, prosthetics, physical therapy, mental health, and pathology and laboratory services.
More For You
"By opening the Round Rock VA Clinic, we are expanding access to both primary care and outpatient mental health services, making it easier for veterans to receive care closer to home," said Canaan Brumley, a spokesperson for the Central Texas Veterans Health Care System.
The Central Texas system serves about 144,000 enrolled veterans in 37 counties. It has clinics in Cedar Park, Brownwood, Killeen, Copperas Cove, Bryan, Palestine, La Grange and Temple, as well as a multi-specialty clinic in Austin, and medical centers in Temple and Waco.
