Delivery of your 3D Showcase™ generally within 24 hours
Hosting of the model(s) is through the active listing period or 12 months whichever comes first. A renewal notice will be emailed to you and you can choose to renew both your tour and the accompanying model for a bundled price of $49.99 for 12 months. Any additional models are renewable for $40 each for 12 months.
Performing the scan will take anywhere from 15 – 30 min per 1000sf

Matterport Scans are for interior spaces only and for one structure. Additional detached structures on a property become a second model if scanned and may carry an additional processing fee.

Attached Garages and Carports and Covered Patios/Decks/Balconies are not included in the scan process unless requested. Please request these areas prior to receiving your appointment time for scheduling purposes. The additional square footage will be added to the total for cost calculation.
Floor Plans are not a source for total measured square footage
The Matterport scan process does not support post edits such as removing camera reflections from mirrors.
